Dimeup may collect account and identity information; player profile and family or team relationships; dates of birth and citizenship selected by users; teams, seasons, matches, statistics, notes, reactions, comments, reports, photos, videos, file metadata, sharing preferences, and technical security or diagnostic information.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain player histories, connect authorized parents, players, coaches, and friends, display content according to sharing choices, process and moderate media, prevent abuse, support users, and improve service reliability.

Content is shared with other Dimeup users only according to account relationships and visibility choices. We use providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Microsoft Azure for hosting and media processing; Expo for mobile builds and delivery; and Google for selected sign-in or place-search features.

Media Safety and Youth Privacy

Uploaded photos and sampled video frames may be analyzed for unsafe material. Users can report posts, matches, media, and profiles for administrator review, and can block another user from the social experience. Youth players should use Dimeup with parent or guardian authorization where required by law.

You may edit profile information, control sharing, remove content you manage, disconnect relationships, withdraw optional device permissions, and permanently delete your account from Dimeup Settings. We respond to verified privacy requests as required by applicable law.
