Account Deletion
Delete Account in Dimeup
Sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete Account under Legal & Account. Confirm the in-app deletion. The signed-in session verifies ownership, so you do not need to email Dimeup to complete deletion.
Request Deletion Without Signing In
If you cannot access your account, email support@dimeup.io from the address used for your Dimeup account with the subject Account deletion request. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting personal data.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion covers the account and associated profile, relationships, seasons, matches, posts, comments, reactions, and uploaded media, subject to records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Deletion cannot be undone.
